Hi folks, I'll be at the box 6pm to 7.30 tonight for a workout. This means anyone with Open Gym membership can come along for a workout as well! Work off some of the turkey and mince pies! There won't be a group class. Olly

Great work today from the Christmas Eve crew!!! 12 days of Christmas was completed within the time cap of 40 minutes. Treats of mince pies, Xmas pud can begin!!! Have a great Christmas everyone!!!
