Home to SPARK Health & Fitness. We specialise in semi-private training and offer personal training. The Loft is a fitness and wellness centre based in the heart of Low Fell, Gateshead. We offer personal training and small group training, where we plan programmes to build muscle and reduce body fat as well as providing nutritional plans. We also hold metafit, circuits and kettlebell classes.
