Would just like to take a moment to congratulate the two girls that came to the social run!! Week by week we hope that the numbers grow and we can set future goals. Some future marathon runners or else people dedicated to the team relay!! Well done to all

Social Run Update: The 1st social run tomorrow evening will be lead by coach Allister Woods & local leader/rep Eddie Marcus. Meet @ GVRT Fit4Life centre @ 6.15pm for a gentle stretch & run will commence at 6.30pm. The run will be 5k at a beginners pace
