Family Martial Arts School for everyone from 2 years + We hold 4 different classes:
Lil ninjas 2 to 4 years - this class will not only teach you're child how to kick and punch but also their left and right, colours, numbers, co-ordination, discipline we teach them life skills.
Kids is from 5+ In this class your child can learn a wide variety of kickboxing and karate as well as self defence, weapons and forms, we also can take them to competition level. Read more

Fantastic classes once again tonight Some great pad drills working on lots of speed ready for our first comp of the year next week. Nice to do plenty footwork drills with the kids also and in adults we finished off with a naughty leg burn out. Cant wai
